1 What data is collected?

XP Bot 2.0 processes messages from users who have not disabled the message processing feature using the /message_processing command. These messages are processed automatically by the bot without human intervention.

2 How long is data stored?

We do not store the content of user messages. However, we do retain certain metadata associated with messages, such as the message ID, user ID, server ID, message length, creation date, and deletion date. This metadata is stored to ensure the proper functioning of the bot and cannot be deleted unless explicitly requested by the user.

3 How can users disable message collection?

Users have the option to disable message processing at any time by using the /message_processing command. Once disabled, XP Bot 2.0 will no longer process or store any user messages. This command allows users to opt out of data collection, ensuring that no personal messages are retained or processed.

4 How can users delete their data?

Users have the right to request the deletion of all data associated with their account, including processed messages and backup data. To do so, users can contact us at [email protected]. Upon receiving such a request, all data related to the user, including any backups, will be permanently deleted from our systems. Please note that this action is irreversible.

5 Data security

We take the privacy and security of user data seriously. All collected data is stored on secure servers with access limited to authorized personnel only. We employ industry‑standard encryption methods to protect the integrity of your data and prevent unauthorized access. However, while we strive to maintain the highest level of security, please be aware that no system is completely infallible.

6 User rights

As a user of XP Bot 2.0, you have the following rights:

  • Access: You have the right to request a copy of the data we have stored about you.
  • Correction: You can request the correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: You can request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via email (see "How Can Users Delete Their Data?" section).

7 Data sharing and third parties

XP Bot 2.0 does not share user data with third parties except where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to ensure the functioning of the bot. We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data.

8 Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When updates are made, we will notify users by posting the revised Privacy Policy within the bot or through other appropriate means. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
